Journal of Intelligent Systems and Future Computing (JISFC) is an independently published, editorially self-governed open-access journal. JISFC is not affiliated with a commercial publishing house, academic institution, or learned society; editorial and operational decisions are made by the journal's own editorial team.

Governance Structure
JISFC is led by an Editor-in-Chief, supported by an editorial board of subject-matter experts, who together are responsible for setting editorial policy, overseeing the peer review process, and upholding the journal's ethical and quality standards. Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions at JISFC are made solely on the basis of the scientific merit, originality, and relevance of submitted manuscripts. These decisions are made independently of any commercial, financial, or personal interests.

JISFC does not currently operate under third-party ownership or external institutional funding. The journal does not charge any Article Processing Charge (APC), submission fee, or publication fee of any kind; publishing with JISFC is entirely free for authors. Editorial and operational activities are supported voluntarily by the journal's editorial team.
